Jenna Marttila
Jenna Marttila, P.Eng. serves as Director, Planning & Strategy at Carbon Alpha.
She earned her Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
Prior to Carbon Alpha, she has worked many roles in the energy sector in the USA and Canada, such as reservoir, production, development, and planning. She has also co-founded two landscaping companies, which are both still in operation today.
Jenna loves working in a start-up atmosphere, which provides the opportunity (and necessity) of being involved across many areas of the business. She works on project budgets, marketing and advertising, business development, project management, economics, and understanding regulations and policies. She appreciates the variety in projects, the exposure to new concepts, and the opportunity to work with a fun, smart, driven team.
Jenna hopes Carbon Alpha becomes known as the premier Canadian company for CCS development.
