Mohamed Helmy
Mohamed Helmy, EIT is a Reservoir Engineer at Carbon Alpha.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Suez University, and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot Watt University. He has spent his career on the subsurface side of energy projects and in the aviation industry, using data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and driving development and operating decisions.
In his role, Mohamed supports the evaluation, appraisal, development, and optimization of carbon storage projects.

He is excited about the opportunity to help CO₂ emitters remove their emissions and minimize their environmental footprint. He would love the company to be a leader in delivering a 2050 carbon net zero in Canada.
